Q: Where are your buttons made?
A: Right here in the U.S.A.
Q: Can you gals design a button for me?
A: Yes we can! Custom designed buttons start at $25. Shoot us an email (email@example.com) to discuss details.
Q: Can you make me 1,000 buttons/shirts/etc with the (blank) logo on them?
A: Sorry, but no. We will not knowingly make buttons using copyrighted artwork. The artwork you submit to us should be your own and you are responsible if you use someone else’s work in your design.
Q: What software do I need to design my own button using your templates?
A: We recommend Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop.
Q: What’s the minimum amount of buttons I can order?
A: Quantities start as low as 10 buttons.
Q: Can I submit more than one design with my order?
A: Yep. You may submit up to 5 different designs per 100 buttons ordered.
Q: Are black and white buttons and full color buttons the same price?
A: Yes. Buttons are priced by size and quantity, not by number of colors.
Q: Are there any setup or extra fees added to my order?
A: No. You pay only for the buttons and shipping, unless we do the design work for you.
Q: Are pinback buttons safe for children?
A: Pinback buttons are not toys and are not intended for children. Pinback buttons and their parts are similar in size to U.S. coins and could pose a choking hazard for some children. The back of the button includes a sharp pin similar to a safety pin. If you would not give a child coins or safety pins, please do not give them our buttons either.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Unfortunately returns are not accepted. We make custom buttons with designs you approve of. Although there shouldn’t be a need for returns, please email us if you have any issues with your order.
Slight variation in color does not constitute grounds for a return. Colors usually print slightly different from how they appear on your computer screen. We suggest printing a test print of your design and making adjustments before submitting it to us. If you are placing a large order or have very specific color needs, please request a physical proof of your button.
Q: What method do you use for shipping?
A: We ship most orders via USPS priority mail. This expedited service includes tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order in the mail?
A: The average manufacturing + shipping time after payment is received is 7 business days, but please call us if you have a specific date you need your order by.
Q: Can I come pick up my order in person?
A: If you live in the Denver or St. Louis area, please email us to make arrangements.
A: We will never sell or share any of your information with other companies. We like to post recent projects to our social media accounts. Typically we post a photo of the product with your business name and/or social media/website link only. We don’t include personal information in these posts. If you would prefer us not to share your cool new item, please let us know that you’d like to opt out and we’ll gladly keep your order confidential.
